About me.
I'm a proud Canadian-Egyptian, a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. Professionally, I lead national Early Talent Programs at Nestlé Canada. Over the past decade I've facilitated workshops and training sessions, taught college students, hosted large-scale meetings and events, mentored early-career professionals, and designed learning experiences across education, industry, and community organizations.
Back in 2021, while completing my Professional Master of Education at Queen's University, I was asked to draw what I wanted my future to look like. When it came to my career, I drew one simple stick figure with a speech bubble that read: "Helping people... which can look like lots of things." Ironically, after four years of art school, it's that little stick figure I'm proudest of.
My career has taken me from artist to pastry chef to marketer to educator. On paper those roles couldn't look more different, but each one taught me a different way to engage an audience.
Today I draw on the creativity of an artist, the presence of a chef, the storytelling of a marketer, the curiosity of an educator, and the systems thinking of a talent strategist to help organizations turn audiences into believers.
